Junior Office Manager

• Support office operations – helping ensure daily activities run efficiently • Assist with IT equipment and company fleet management – tracking and coordination • Support the employee administrative lifecycle – contracts, documentation, and records • Help manage insurance processes – health insurance, liability, and work accidents • Assist with occupational health processes • Support visa and mobility processes when needed • Work with external suppliers – help request budgets and follow up • Maintain organized documentation and administrative processes • Identify opportunities for improvement and support implementation of better workflows • Handle multiple operational topics with good prioritization and attention to detail

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
  • English level B2 (you'll interact in an international environment)
  • Experience in administrative, office support, or operations roles (plus)
