About This Opportunity As part of a dynamic and growing local team, the Digital Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling customer service, assisting with product set ups and operations for local and international gift card product vendors that have partnered with InComm. You will work closely with all members of the team as well as having contact with our local and international colleagues and suppliers. Responsibilities - Managing customer service queries from various digital channels. - Address day-to-day requests from card partners, channels & wider internal teams in relation to digital operations. - Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering sales performance, promotional activity, and compliance/regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, product counterparts in US and Operations to develop and provide all information that is required in order to set up and launch products in InComm distribution channels for digital gift cards - Work with Marketing and Retail teams to ensure that the assigned products are correctly communicated to the market - Work with Account Management teams to obtain the broadest retail distribution possible for assigned partners and products - Manage message delivery to retailers including development of pitch deck materials and presentations, etc. - Act as a secondary escalation point for AUNZ Digital Operations including - Uploading inventory & forecasting by liaising with partners - Completing customer support queries which may include troubleshooting card errors and/or refunds - Addressing any outages and or maintenance issues with channels or product partner - Co-ordinating new product set up with assistance from InComm Digital Solutions US team - Utilise best practices and work on continual process improvements. Position Summary The Oncology Case Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing business with existing customers within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostic industry, with proven success in account management, customer retention, and organic account growth. Key Responsibilities - Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer support and satisfaction. - Execute customer retention strategies to maintain and grow existing accounts. - Build and maintain value-based relationships with current customers, driving increased utilization of products and services. - Maintain frequent communication with the teammates, Customer Support, and Commercial Leadership to share customer feedback, success stories, challenges, and best practices. - Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and value-based activities in the CRM. - Develop and maintain practical working knowledge of company products, services, technology platforms, reimbursement and billing processes, and molecular profiling solutions. - Establish and maintain open communication with key stakeholders at assigned accounts and escalate issues impacting customer satisfaction. - Maintain assigned company equipment and assets. - Submit required reports and documentation accurately and on time. - Meet or exceed assigned performance goals. - Support meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed. - Assist physicians with ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, including QC report accuracy, requiring access to PHI. - Maintain a primary focus on case management. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - Minimum of three years of account management or customer-facing experience. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Understanding of clinic-based business practices. - Ability to learn proprietary software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.
