Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET
  • Experience with Azure;
  • Experience with React and Nextjs;
  • Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices.
  • Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.
  • Ideally previous experience on fintech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments.
  • Background in mentoring or coaching engineers.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • As a Tech Lead/Solution Architect, you will:
  • Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Contributing to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture.
  • Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.
