Implementation Engineer
Gather AI
• Responsible for bringing Gather AI technology to supply chain industry clients • Lead visits to client sites to automate their inventory management • Prepare for deployments and provide continued customer support, including ticket management and issue troubleshooting • Coordinate with the Research & Development team to ensure a smooth deployment process • Handle every aspect of the implementation including warehouse mapping, hardware calibration and testing, documentation, client training, and continued support • Ensure client satisfaction with the product and support provided
Job Requirements
- BS or AS in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field,OR
- Equivalent experience or aptitude as a technician or in a technically-focused, customer-facing role
- Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Forklift certified (or able to become forklift certified within 1 month of hire)
- Thorough understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic proficiency with 1 or more coding languages (eg Python, C, C++, SQL, etc.)
- Experience with generative AI
- Ability to travel ~60% of time including some weekends
- Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities 1. Club Support & Project Enablement - Act as the primary point of contact for clubs undertaking an agreed development project, particularly facility development projects. - Provide tailored support to clubs from project initiation through to completion. - Help clubs clarify their project objectives, outcomes, scope, and success measures. - Assess club readiness, capacity, and risk before and during project delivery. 2. Project Planning & Development - Support clubs to develop clear project plans and timelines, defining roles and responsibilities within the club - Support clubs to choose appropriate delivery approaches (phased, pilot, partnership, etc.). 3.
