• Independently manage and own the end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle events, including global onboarding, offboarding, performance management and benefits administration. • Act as the Tier 2 support lead for complex HR operational queries, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the organization. • Proactively apply and reinforce company and regional policies, ensuring all HR initiatives enable company strategy at a functional level. • Navigate and maintain data integrity across our core platforms: ADP (Workforce Now), Deel, Jira and our HRIS ecosystem. • Own the digital filing architecture, ensuring compliance and ease of access for the global HR team. • Utilize SRM to manage HR service requests, track workflows, and ensure SLA compliance. • Identify manual inefficiencies within established HR processes and recommend/implement automated solutions to enhance speed and accuracy. • Demonstrate negotiation and influence skills to build alignment with external stakeholders and internal partners. • Conduct periodic HR compliance audits, leverage deep knowledge of local labor laws to support standardized and legally sound operational processes. • Utilize HR dashboards and reports to monitor trends, validate data integrity, and identify potential risks. • Use key HR metrics to propose thoughtful, scalable improvements to workflows that directly impact business outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in HR Operations or Shared Services, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
- Ability to manage moderately complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- A natural curiosity for how HR processes connect to the broader organization.
- A proven track record of troubleshooting issues and initiating small-scale projects to streamline workflows.
- Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and diplomacy when communicating with everyone from new hires to Senior Management.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at all levels in the organization including Senior Management.
- Analytical and process oriented
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivots), Word, PowerPoint, Gsuite, and a passion for learning new HR software.
- Experience with Jira, ADP, and Deel will be a plus.
- HRMS experience is a plus, or technically savvy and willingness to learn many systems.
