• Configure, customize, and maintain Zuora Billing, including product catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, invoicing, taxation, payments, and related workflows. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to support and optimize the SaaS subscription and order-to-revenue lifecycle. • Support end-to-end order-to-revenue processes by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable solutions. • Build and maintain Zuora workflows, notifications, custom fields, data mappings, and Salesforce integrations, including data migration activities. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure system changes follow best practices, compliance standards, and internal governance requirements.

• Support Global Channel Partners in Korea. • Build and execute the Wiz + Partner technical strategy and solutions. • Be the trusted technical advisor for cloud security across AWS, Azure, GCP, and other CSPs. • Assist partners in building a technical business delivery model.

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the full lifecycle. • Drive the technical evaluation process as the directly responsible individual, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments. • Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams across Central EMEA to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion. • Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates. • Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment. • Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning. • Maintain and extend your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies, creating reusable examples, best practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners. • Invest in your own growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve the impact of the Solutions Architect team.

• Act as the solution architect for virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and SCVMM. • Design highly available, scalable, and performance-optimized virtualization architectures. • Align solutions with managed services standards, SLAs, and operational best practices. • Plan, design, and lead virtualization migration initiatives across platforms. • Develop migration strategies, schedules, and cutover plans to minimize risk and downtime. • Validate post-migration environments for stability, performance, and operational readiness. • Design virtualization solutions with monitoring, supportability, and long-term operations in mind. • Partner with managed services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery handoff. • Define reference architectures and reusable patterns for repeatable service offerings. • Collaborate on integration with storage, networking, security, and backup platforms. • Ensure virtualization solutions meet customer security, compliance, and governance requirements. • Serve as a technical authority during pre-sales discussions, design workshops, and delivery phases. • Translate customer requirements into clear designs, diagrams, and documentation. • Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to engineering teams.
