About the role We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager who can help position CloudRaft as a leading voice in Cloud Native and AI and more importantly, translate that visibility into pipeline and business opportunities. You will be owning the marketing activities such as content marketing, marketing automations, demand generation and optimizing SEO/GEO. You are expected to learn more about our domains i.e. platform engineering, DevOps, cloud, observability and AI. You will be working with leadership to convert the strategy into results. Technical Content & Positioning - Create high-signal, insight-driven technical and thought leadership content with the help of Engineering team. - Break down complex topics into clear, compelling narratives that attract the right audience. - Build CloudRaft’s voice as a credible, thoughtful player in the ecosystem. - Contribute to case studies, POVs, and technical storytelling that drives trust. Distribution & Audience Building - Identify where our audience lives and show up consistently and meaningfully. - Participate in relevant tech conversations, communities, and ecosystems. - Build engagement that compounds over time. Experimentation & Performance - Track what drives attention, engagement, and conversions. - Continuously test formats, channels, and messaging. - Use insights to refine strategy and double down on what works.
