• Manage and support the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring stability, functionality, and alignment with business needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutions. • Work with external partners and internal teams to deploy new modules and features. • Ensure proper system configuration, data integrity, and security controls. • Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms (CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Data Warehouse). • Conduct gap analysis and develop improvement plans for process optimization. • Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support. • Oversee change management, testing, and release management activities. • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and audit requirements. • Act as Theeb’s subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 applications and related business processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or CRM).
- Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIs.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
