• Convey the strategic advantages and technical application of Snowflake's capabilities for Applications, address client inquiries, and conduct follow-up engagements to facilitate sales progression. • Articulate Snowflake's Application functionalities and provide a comparative analysis with competitor offerings for prospective clients. • Ascertain client-defined success metrics for the adoption and utilization of Snowflake's Application features. • Recognize, address, and reconcile discrepancies between Snowflake's methodologies and client-specific requisites concerning Application features. • Provide comprehensive resolutions to client objections and concerns. • Develop and deliver bespoke demonstrations that highlight Snowflake's value proposition, tailored to address specific client requirements pertaining to application functionalities. • Demonstrate the ability to elucidate Snowflake's security, privacy, and governance considerations with respect to Applications. • Be the technical expert in the room that positions Snowflake’s application features and value to technical stakeholders at Snowflake’s customers across the Americas. • Partner with Snowflake account teams and customer champions to scope and drive POCs to success and technical wins that prove the value of Snowflake’s capabilities, including executive readouts and business value cases. • Publish content that helps the team and company scale beyond your individual efforts, like blog posts, presentations at conferences, or technical collateral like notebooks and demos. • Function as the principal technical authority, articulating Snowflake's application functionalities and value proposition to technical stakeholders within customer organizations across the Americas.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years Data intensive Application architecture experience
  • 5+ years of SQL and SQL data modeling
  • Strong presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether whiteboarding sessions or formal readouts and demos.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Kubernetes or Docker
  • Familiar with architecting on cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • 3+ years of Python programming experience

Role Description Data Center Service Technicians travel to customer sites to start up, commission and safely troubleshoot and repair Data Center equipment. This position requires the ability to work independently, and candidates should have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Requires some ability to manage the projects while onsite for start-up commissioning and coordination of other trades and services. - Perform factory start-up, commissioning, warranty and billable service on Munters Data Center equipment and systems. - Maintain and protect Munters equipment and property. - Respond in a timely manner to all requests for service from customers or management. - Provide customer training on Munters equipment. - Provide technical feedback on equipment using detailed field service reports. - Understand that Field Service’s major role is one of instant response to customers’ needs and focus as a part of a team always makes us available to our customer needs, urgent or otherwise. Role Description The Senior Field Clinical Coordinator (Sr-FCC) uses BioMarin approved educational materials to educate patients on the safe and appropriate use of BioMarin marketed therapies. Sr-FCCs support Palynziq product initiation and ongoing therapy by collaborating closely with assigned clinics and the BioMarin account team (Field Sales and BioMarin RareConnections). Sr-FCCs do not provide medical advice and are based out of their homes, supporting 50-60 PKU patients from participating clinics in a designated geographical region. - Works closely with assigned clinics, BioMarin field sales organization, and BioMarin RareConnections (RC) personnel to ensure timely initiation of BioMarin therapy and adherence-related activities for patients enrolled in BioMarin RareConnections. - Works collaboratively in an account team (Account Manager, Case Manager, Clinical Coordinator) moving cases from referral to specialty pharmacy shipment to product start. - Conducts patient-level education with new patient starts including BioMarin product information (safety, efficacy, dosing, administration, storage), disease state awareness, injection training, and clinic specific protocols at their request. - Provides in-person support for self-administration of FDA-approved BioMarin marketed therapies as needed. - Utilizes motivational interviewing skills to empower patients to advocate for their own health needs. Provides reminders for medication, clinic-prescribed labs, and clinic appointments at times convenient to patients. - Conducts ongoing patient-level education on disease and product administration technique to support safe and appropriate use of therapy. - Participates in direct to patient educational events to raise patient awareness around disease state and appropriate BioMarin therapies. Typically conducted 3-4X/year on weekends and throughout the week. - Demonstrates leadership formally and informally on the broader team and consistently delivers the following: - Influence beyond their own geography and regular contributor to the advancement of cross functional teams. - Generation and communication of best practices and involvement in projects and initiatives that help shape strategy and implementation. - Uncovers obstacles and trends and creates solutions that are widely adopted. - Considered subject matter experts in the role of a Clinical Coordinator and has advanced knowledge of PKU. - Contributes to regional and national assignments such as HUB training, Specialty Pharmacy education, field training, advocacy group alliance liaison, etc. - Regularly takes on formal and informal peer leadership opportunities. Qualifications - 2+ years of Pharmaceutical experience as a patient educator. - 4+ years of direct patient care experience in rare disease. - Education as an allied health care professional. - Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health preferred or work experience equivalent.
