What You Need to Be Successful - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. - Master’s degree is a plus. - 5–8 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or similar analytical roles. - Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4Hana) is highly preferred. - Ability to lead a small MDM team. Bonus Points if You Have - Strong understanding of master data objects (material, vendor, customer, financial master data, etc.). - Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and data analysis tools; experience with SQL or Qlik is a plus. - Familiarity with data governance frameworks and workflow tools.
