Our dynamic team of marketers is looking for an APAC SEO Specialist to join us in cultivating our brand messaging and customer engagement on a global scale for a portfolio of leading security brands. Job Description We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with experience in the nuanced APAC market to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will lead the growth of our organic search presence in the APAC region, specifically in the Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Korea, Japan, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, experience managing SEO activities across several domains and a deep knowledge of the regional market dynamics. Basic Requirements Note: This role will be remote. Core Responsibilities: - Lead our APAC SEO strategy and initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website for the APAC market. - Consistently identify opportunities for APAC SEO growth, optimising existing content and producing new content. - Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics to identify trends and actionable insights. - Strategise, edit and optimise high-quality, localised content that aligns with SEO best practices. - Manage activities with freelance writers and localisation specialists to help propel APAC SEO efforts. - Closely track and report on SEO KPIs, effectively communicating key data insights. - Conduct frequent competitor analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Stay nimble among algorithm changes and SEO industry developments. - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to amplify SEO efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. - Work with web developers to ensure international SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. - Assist in the creation and optimisation of localised landing pages and other digital assets. Basic Requirements: - Fluency in English - Proficiency in other dominant APAC languages is highly desired (e.g. Mandarin, Korean, Malay, Japanese, Hindi) - 3+ years of proven experience developing, executing and reporting on SEO initiatives in APAC - 3+ years working with SEO on-site analysis tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush and Surfer SEO - 3+ years of strategizing and editing SEO content; experience writing SEO content is a plus - 3+ years working with using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Experience with the APAC market and an understanding of cultural nuances and regional differences - 3+ years working with heatmap tools such as Hotjar or Mouseflow - Familiarity with strategies to improve domain authority - Receptive to testing new strategies with the evolving search landscape - Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress - Working knowledge of CRM software such as HubSpot - Demonstrates interest in the latest news and trends relating to SEO - Self-starter who doesn’t need to be closely managed, and can freely collaborate with team members - Excellent communication skills - Strong organisational and project management skills Travel Requirements None Relocation Provided None Position Type Experienced Referral Payment Plan Yes EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
