Proven experience in strategic leadership and operational management within a human service, contact center, or similarly complex service environment. Demonstrated success aligning strategy with execution and leading teams toward measurable outcomes. Demonstrated ability to balance business needs with employee and client needs. Strong change management experience, including leading teams through uncertainty and organizational transformation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex decisions clearly to diverse audiences.
