Wizippo is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and identifying top talent to support the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. - Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to proactively find qualified candidates. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Coordinate interview schedules and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring teams. - Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within technology or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and flexible environment.

The Job: As Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations you are responsible for driving operational excellence across the global talent acquisition function. This role will, in partnership with our HRIS team, lead process optimization, ensure technology readiness and enablement, champion change management for new tools and processes, monitor KPIs, and manage 3rd party vendors.
