As a Principal Associate of Workforce Planning, you will support implementation of Capital One Mexico workforce strategies by analyzing trends and forecasting talent needs, to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time to support our goals and strategic objectives You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the business. Responsibilities include: - Consolidating data from disparate sources to create a "single source of truth." - Work independently to interpret and develop solutions to complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch - Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Address operational issues and challenges, finding solutions and implementing changes to prevent future problems. - Work with other teams to achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment and effective communication. The person will: - Clearly explain complex data findings to stakeholders. - Develop and implement analytical frameworks to monitor and optimize the concrete impact our initiatives are having on our objectives. - Analyze data to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions. - Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, seeking out opportunities to optimize processes and enhance performance. Basic Qualifications: - I ntermediate-Advanced English fluency. - Bachelor's Degree. - At least 1 year of process management experience. - At least 1 year of experience communicating and collaborating with multiple partner groups - At least 2 years leading strategic projects - At least 1 year of experience working with Google Sheets (part of G Suite) using advanced lookup & reference, conditional logic, calculated fields, array formulas and Apps Script.
