What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience or a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in lieu of a degree (high school diploma or equivalent required). - Experience successfully managing teams in insurance, financial services, call center, retail or other industries. - Ability to obtain and/or maintain an active Property & Casualty Insurance License or Personal Insurance License (required). - Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a customer-centric environment. - Strong results orientation, with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt leadership styles to diverse individuals and situations. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve customer outcomes. - Collaborative mindset with a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
