We’re looking for a Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner Manager to join our Sales & Channel team and drive strategic partnerships with leading global system integrators. As the Global GSI Partner Manager, you build, enable, and scale revenue-generating joint motions with top GSIs across regions. Responsibilities - Build and own strategic relationships with key global system integrators to drive joint pipeline and revenue - Develop and execute joint business plans with priority GSIs, including revenue targets, solution offerings, and co-selling motions - Enable GSI go-to-market and technical teams on Silverfort’s value proposition, use cases, and go-to-market plays - Partner with Silverfort regional sales, marketing, and alliances to align GSI activities with field priorities and target accounts - Track, report, and optimize GSI-sourced and GSI-influenced opportunities to ensure predictable growth - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales Ops) to refine our GSI strategy and partner offerings Requirements - 5+ years of experience in channel, alliances, or business development roles in identity or cyber security - a must - Direct experience working with global system integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, IBM, Capgemini, NTT or similar) - Proven track record of developing joint go-to-market solutions with GSI’s, targeting strategic enterprise accounts and specific industries/verticals - Hands-on experience with joint business planning, co-selling, pipeline management, and executive alignment with partners - Strong commercial understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how GSIs influence and drive deals - Experience working with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms) and reporting on partner performance - Willingness to travel 40% of the time - Excellent English – both written and spoken

Requirements - Serve as the front-line point of contact representing syncreon in daily customer account management matters. - Build strong trusted relationships with customer representatives from ops, engineering, quality, procurement, and others. - Support the Account Director in preparation of pricing, cost estimates, proposals and all commercial related documents as part of the quotation response package. - Understand the details and able to defend pricing to syncreon internal staff and customers. - Conduct regular analysis of pricing, cost and profitability through the pricing file for the requisite customer sites globally. - Analyze data and spreadsheets as pricing updates require a detailed analysis of each part number and an extensive comparative exercise to ensure consistency. - Communicate changes to the appropriate team and ensure timely implementation of the new pricing and any new scope. - Forecast and track key account metrics and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly/yearly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. - Understand market needs and work with Account Director to explore opportunities over and above current service portfolio. - Identify all new topics or activities which are not properly covered by existing contracts and agreements. - Raise Change Request Forms (CRF), push for approval and keep up to date tracking of all CRFs history. - Support preparation of presentations for weekly and monthly business reviews and present commercial topics during reviews. - Monitor important contractual KPIs and report on a regular basis. - Support preparation of customer MBR/QBR/SBRs as required. - Other duties as assigned.
