Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to prospective customers during the sales process, bringing product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to each engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning deal strategy and technical validation in sophisticated sales cycles, and who enjoys partnering closely with Sales, Product, Security, and Marketing to deliver strong customer outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead complex pre-sales opportunities - Run structured discovery to uncover customer goals, constraints, and success criteria, then map them to a clear Braze solution - Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives tailored to both business and technical audiences - Design and support technical validations and POVs that build customer confidence in Braze capabilities Partner deeply across teams to drive outcomes - Collaborate with Account Executives and segment leadership on account strategy, deal planning, and mutual action plans - Partner with Security, Legal, Product, and Services teams to address risk, implementation considerations, and customer-specific requirements - Help ensure clean handoffs to post-sales teams by aligning on solution scope, expectations, and success criteria early Grow team capability through mentorship and best practices - Mentor Solutions Consultants through deal support, feedback on discovery and demos, and sharing best practices - Raise the bar on quality, consistency, and customer-facing polish across the team Stay current and help customers adopt modern approaches - Stay on top of new Braze capabilities, including BrazeAI features such as AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents, and more - Help customers understand how to adopt new capabilities practically, grounded in their data, channels, and operating model WHO YOU ARE - Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to present confidently to both technical and business stakeholders - Comfortable leading complex sales cycles and navigating ambiguity with structure and good judgment - Collaborative teammate who is known for follow-through and partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams - Experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluation processes, ideally within or adjacent to regulated industries - Domain knowledge in two or more of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, Data and Architecture, Security and Compliance, or Programming (including HTML) - Interested in mentoring others and helping improve how the team sells and delivers value For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $92,000 and $140,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $132,000-$200,000/year (including bonus or commission).
