Job Overview The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant is responsible for managing, enhancing, and optimizing Theeb’s Dynamics 365 platform across all departments. The role ensures business alignment, drives continuous improvement, and leads integration efforts with other core systems such as CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and the Data Warehouse. This position combines technical expertise and business process knowledge to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions that support Theeb’s digital transformation goals Job Responsibilities - Manage and support the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring stability, functionality, and alignment with business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutions. - Work with external partners and internal teams to deploy new modules and features. - Ensure proper system configuration, data integrity, and security controls. - Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms (CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Data Warehouse). - Conduct gap analysis and develop improvement plans for process optimization. - Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support. - Oversee change management, testing, and release management activities. - Ensure compliance with IT policies, data governance, and audit requirements. - Act as Theeb’s subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 applications and related business processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 7+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or CRM).
  • Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
