• Provide end-to-end production support for ATG-based e-commerce applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments • Perform advanced troubleshooting , incident resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA) • Analyze thread dumps, heap dumps , and performance issues (memory leaks, JDBC connections, session issues) • Support application migration and operations in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability • Work with Microservices (MSE) / Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures • Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and system improvements • Utilize monitoring and logging tools for proactive issue detection • Participate in on-call support and handle critical production incidents
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Java/J2EE-based web applications
- Strong experience with Oracle ATG (Web Commerce) platform
- Expertise in application support and operational troubleshooting
- Experience in Java performance tuning and profiling (thread/heap dump analysis)
- Strong knowledge of Apache Tomcat, JBoss (7.x) application servers
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as: AppDynamics (preferred), Splunk (preferred), New Relic, ExtraHop, vSphere, SolarWinds Orion
- Experience with traffic analysis and debugging tools (Wireshark, Fiddler, browser dev tools)
- Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge with debugging capabilities
- Experience supporting applications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with hybrid application environments
- Understanding of Microservices and Micro Frontend architectures
