• Lead the development of web interfaces in Angular, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability; • Translate business requirements and banking journeys into efficient and secure digital experiences; • Work on modernizing legacy front-ends (e.g., MVC, WebForms, older portals) to a modern SPA-based architecture; • Define and evolve front-end architecture standards, including componentization, modules, design systems, and micro frontends (when applicable); • Develop and maintain applications following Angular best practices; • Ensure compliance with banking security requirements and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law); • Perform troubleshooting and performance optimization for critical applications; • Collaborate with backend, architecture, and UX teams to ensure end-to-end consistency; • Support technical decision-making and mentor more junior engineers; • Use AI/GenAI tools to accelerate development.
Job Requirements
- Experience in front-end development using Angular 17+;
- Knowledge of MVC architecture and microfrontend approaches;
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
- Experience with TypeScript;
- Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR);
- Experience with AWS, using S3 and CloudFront for application delivery.

About the Team/Role: We’re looking for a Front-End Software Development Engineer 2 with strong front-end expertise and full-stack exposure to join our NAM Experiences team. You’ll help craft intuitive, performant web applications that integrate with our backend services and deliver seamless customer experiences that enhance the customer experience. These platforms allow large fleets and transportation companies to issue and manage credit for their drivers and operators—powering everything from digital spend controls to real-time transaction insights. You’ll focus on building robust and responsive user interfaces that help fleet managers configure controls, view reports, and streamline daily operations.
