• Build and lead a team of enterprise-focused SAEs • Drive enterprise pipeline, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance • Set and execute account strategy across strategic and named enterprise accounts • Personally engage in critical opportunities • Guide teams through complex sales cycles • Partner cross-functionally with Product and GTM Leadership • Represent the company at executive briefings and conferences • Ensure strong CRM discipline and data integrity • Leverage industry expertise and networks
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of technical field sales experience
- 8+ experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams
- Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas
- Experience owning and closing large, strategic transactions
- Background or working knowledge in enterprise-oriented domains
- Proven ability to engage with C-suite and board-level executives
- Strengths in identifying, hiring, and coaching high performing sales talent
- Experience managing pipeline and accurately forecasting
- Comfort operating in high-growth or evolving environments
- Strong organizational skills and operational rigor
