As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spend Product; designing strategy, defining solutions, and driving delivery from concept to launch. You'll join our team, focused on building white label solutions for our corporate travel partners. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech products. - Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus. - Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around high-scale, mission-critical systems. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams. - Analytical rigour: a sharp eye for detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset. - Bias for action: grit, persistence, and ownership to turn complex ideas into real-world products quickly. - Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
