The Role At Airwallex, product is at the heart of everything we do. Our team brings together commercial strategy, engineering, design, and regulatory expertise to deliver powerful financial products to customers around the world. As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Spend Product; designing strategy, defining solutions, and driving delivery from concept to launch. You'll join our team, focused on building white label solutions for our corporate travel partners. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech products. - Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus. - Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around high-scale, mission-critical systems. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams. - Analytical rigour: a sharp eye for detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset. - Bias for action: grit, persistence, and ownership to turn complex ideas into real-world products quickly. - Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
