O candidato ideal tem sólida experiência técnica em automação, trabalha de forma autônoma e tem excelentes habilidades de comunicação em inglês para colaborar com equipes distribuídas. - Manter-se atualizado com as tendências e tecnologias emergentes de desenvolvimento de back-end e incorporá-las conforme necessário. - Projetar, desenvolver e manter estruturas e scripts de testes automatizados. - Colaborar com desenvolvedores, gerentes de produtos e partes interessadas para definir estratégias de teste e critérios de aceitação. - Desenvolver testes automatizados para testes funcionais, de regressão, de API e de desempenho. - Integrar testes automatizados aos pipelines de CI/CD para garantir a qualidade contínua. - Identificar, documentar e rastrear defeitos até a resolução. - Solucionar problemas e depurar scripts de automação, testes com falhas ou problemas de pipeline. - Defender a qualidade em todo o ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento. - Participar de cerimônias ágeis (reuniões diárias, planejamento de sprint, retrospectivas). Qualifications - Mais de 5 anos de experiência profissional em automação de controle de qualidade. - Sólida experiência em projetar e criar estruturas de automação do zero. - Grande proficiência em frameworks/ferramenta de automação: Playwright. - Experiência em automatização de testes para Web e/ou mobile - escopo a ser confirmado. - Experiência prática com testes de API usando ferramentas como Postman, RestAssured ou similares. - Experiência na integração de testes automatizados em pipelines de CI/CD (por exemplo, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, CircleCI). - Conhecimento profundo das práticas recomendadas de teste, SDLC e metodologias ágeis. - Inglês avançado/fluente. - Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma, proativa e colaborativa com equipes distribuídas. Requirements - Experiência com testes de desempenho (por exemplo, JMeter, Locust, Gatling). - Familiaridade com processos de teste manual, quando necessário. - Experiência com ambientes de teste baseados em nuvem (por exemplo, AWS Device Farm, Firebase Test Lab, BrowserStack). - Conhecimento de testes de acessibilidade.
