Requirements - Education: Bachelor's in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's preferred. - Experience: 8-10 years in analytics or data science, with demonstrated experience applying AI or ML in a commercial context. CPG, retail, or consumer technology background preferred. - Applied AI: Practical experience deploying AI and machine learning solutions that generate measurable business impact, not just theoretical knowledge. - Modern data stack: Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran, with strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and visualization platforms. - Commercial acumen: Ability to connect data and AI outputs to marketing and business outcomes, with enough fluency across media, social, and go-to-market to ask the right questions. - Communication & influence: Strong ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations. - Player-coach mindset: Proven ability to build hands-on while enabling broader team success. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and establishing structure in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
