Role Description This Is Not Your Average Marketing Role. Our client is an interior design brand that creates scroll-stopping short-term rentals—and we’re looking for a high-level Marketing Coordinator to help scale the brand and its funnels. You won’t just be “supporting” the marketing team. You are the marketing team. You'll report directly to the founder and execute across major platforms, channels, and automations. This role requires flawless English, sharp copywriting skills, CRM and funnel expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Qualifications - Experienced in funnels, email sequences, upsells, order bumps, and attribution - Skilled in Go High Level or similar platforms (or able to learn quickly) - A high-converting copywriter who thrives in A/B testing environments - Fluent in ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC and guided by KPIs - Focused on performance tracking and continuous improvement - Knowledgeable in building audiences, nurturing leads, and converting customers Requirements - Design, build, and optimize high-converting marketing funnels - Own and operate the CRM (e.g., Go High Level) including automations and workflows - Write and schedule email sequences, upsell flows, and post-purchase automations - Create and post content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest that aligns with funnel goals - Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and possibly Pinterest - Develop performance dashboards and monitor campaign results - Set up tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversions) to ensure accurate attribution Bonus Points If You: - Have experience with funnels in design, coaching, or real estate - Can edit short-form video or delegate content creation effectively - Have managed affiliate or referral marketing programs - Understand how to balance storytelling with conversion strategy Do Not Apply If: - You're looking to learn the fundamentals on the job - You're uncomfortable working with data, deadlines, or direct feedback - You cannot confidently explain funnel conversion mechanics or optimization strategies To Apply: Submit your resume along with a portfolio showcasing: - Funnels you've built - Email flows you've written - Ads you've managed This is your opportunity to show what you can do.
