Job Requirements

  • MUST have either a STEM degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar) OR proven experience working directly with APIs, webhooks, integrations, or automation workflows in a SaaS environment
  • Strong English communication, written and spoken, clear and confident on Zoom daily
  • Real customer-facing experience running onboarding, implementation, or success calls
