• Lead annual global compliance efforts in partnership with Legal, Payroll, Employee Relations, IT, Finance, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders. • Drive compliance projects that implement scalable practices and procedures aligned with global laws, regulations, and company standards. • Own regulatory reporting, documentation, and HR compliance filings, including EEO-1, Form I-9, BLS, and state- and country-specific reporting — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence. • Lead HR audit programs and internal controls, tracking remediation efforts and strengthening governance, documentation, and oversight. • Oversee HR policy and handbook governance, including policy development, updates, and ongoing alignment with current practices and legal requirements. • Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and standardized documentation to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across HR compliance.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in HR compliance, immigration, risk management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management or a related field.
  • Deep, hands-on experience managing global operational compliance programs and third-party vendors within regulated, high-volume HR environments.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations, with familiarity across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Experience working within HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
