Operations Associate About the Company: Ripple Effect Strategies is a digital fundraising and strategy firm focused on supporting progressive campaigns and causes. We partner with political campaigns and nonprofits to build sustainable fundraising programs and drive measurable impact. About the Role: Ripple Effect Strategies is seeking a full-time Operations Associate to join our team in a fully remote capacity, individual in the Eastern Time Zone only. This role will support internal operations and client management processes, working closely with leadership to ensure campaigns run smoothly from a systems, billing, and administrative perspective. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include: - Create and maintain accurate client profiles across internal systems and platforms. - Support campaign setup organizing and inputting client data. - Track and follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and payments. - Assist with contract tracking and administrative documentation. - Set up and maintain automations across various SaaS tools and platforms. - Support internal operations workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. - Collaborate with internal team members to ensure operational efficiency. - Perform other special projects or duties as assigned. Education, Skills and Work Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, finance support, or a related role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and SaaS tools. - Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset. Role Description Under the direction of the NHRA Director of Event Security and Logistics and the Pit Control Team Lead, measure and mark parking areas that are utilized at NHRA National Events, for race team pits, hospitality, and midway vendors. Pit Control Operations employees will be assigned to a group or class of professional or sportsman racing competitors. This entails work which can include long hours (12-14+) outside in potentially extreme weather, and in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, seasonal position with the potential to work March through November of the 2026 race season. The pay rate is $10 per hour or state minimum wage (whichever is higher). Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Must have prior work experience with NHRA, preferably in the racing operations area. - Ability to work well within a team and independently. - Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions in English. - Excellent ability to communicate effectively with vendors, racers, and all levels of management within NHRA. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Must have strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to talk on the phone as needed. - Must be flexible with meal and rest periods. - Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, push, pull, run, climb stairs, and lift up to 40-60 lbs. as needed. - Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under NHRA insurance policy. - Must be able to work outdoors in potentially extreme temperatures for 12-14+ hours per day. - Must be able to travel nationwide via vehicle or air to NHRA National Event locations. - Must be available to work non-business hours, including weekends as needed.
