AI Studio Solutions Architect

Hashgraph

• Prototype and build an offering for industry partners that implements blockchain and AI tooling. • Oversee end-to-end AI solutions, integrating the latest AI technologies with Hedera capabilities. • Mature and enhance the AI Studio suite of SDKs, services, platforms, and demos. • Develop prototypes and products at the bleeding edge of AI & Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). • Design DLT-based AI solutions leveraging smart contracts and Hedera native services. • Develop and audit smart contracts using Solidity and Hedera services. • Architect decentralized applications (dApps) that integrate AI capabilities with blockchain. • Build demos and templates of AI + DLT applications using Hedera and our SDKs. • Ensure security and compliance of blockchain AI hybrid systems. • Help design and prototype AI solutions using cloud hosting for LLMs with RAG or MCP servers. • Lead technical decision-making on technology stack selection and deployment strategies. • Define solution architecture strategies aligning with business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Software Developer, Technical Architect, or similar technical role
  • 2+ years of experience with blockchain technologies and smart contract development (Solidity, Ethereum, or other blockchain platforms)
  • Web3 development frameworks: Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, Web3.js, ethers.js
  • Blockchain architecture knowledge: Consensus mechanisms, Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain bridges
  • Experience with major blockchains: Hedera, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or similar platforms
  • Cloud platforms knowledge: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure
  • Programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Java
  • Database technologies: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, time-series databases
  • API development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture
  • MCP server development and deployment: Use and deployment of MCP servers
  • Speaking or writing experience at technical conferences or publications
  • Experience in regulated industries requiring compliance and security considerations

Role Overview We are looking for a self-driven Solutions Sales Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support and documentation to our Sales team, while helping customers and partners understand how Derq’s AI-powered traffic analytics improves road safety and traffic operations. In this role, you will translate customer requirements into clear solution designs, technical proposals, and compelling demos. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to position Derq’s solutions effectively and support successful deployments. Key Responsibilities - Provide pre-sales technical support to the Sales team, including solution design, technical documentation, and customer-facing materials. - Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand requirements, constraints, and success criteria (public sector and commercial). - Deliver product demos and technical presentations, clearly explaining Derq’s value and differentiators to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Own technical parts of proposals, including RFP/RFI responses, compliance questions, and clarifications. - Gather and document technical requirements, system interfaces, integration approach, and deployment assumptions for handover to Projects and Engineering. - Support pre-award planning by drafting initial scopes, timelines, and high-level budgets with the Project team, then ensure a clean transition post-award. - Act as the technical point of contact for consultants, infrastructure partners, and technology partners during the sales cycle to drive adoption and integration opportunities. - Maintain accurate, up-to-date notes, opportunities, and technical details in the CRM to keep pipeline execution clean. - Stay current on ITS and smart mobility trends (traffic management, road safety, AI analytics, funding programs) to inform solution positioning and proposals.
