• Manage and support a team of producers, technical directors, and editors across multiple productions • Lead production planning and oversight, including budgeting, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource allocation • Own day-to-day production logistics, staffing coordination, and timelines • Serve as the primary point of contact between production teams and leadership • Oversee and optimize technical workflows across vendor studios, production software, and virtual production environments • Implement and refine standardized processes to improve efficiency • Coordinate cross-training initiatives to strengthen team redundancy and shared ownership • Support new show launches, special projects, and the expansion of in-house production capabilities
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing production operations in digital media, broadcast, or remote based cloud production environments
- Strong ownership mindset — comfortable acting as the central operator across both production and technical functions
- Experience working with cloud-based production systems (including AWS or similar environments)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- A systems thinker who prioritizes documentation, standardization, and eliminating single points of failure across scheduling, technical knowledge, and workflows
- Strong operational instincts — able to identify gaps, improve processes, and implement scalable solutions
- Comfortable acting as the “general manager” of technical production
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building or supporting teams that can operate independently

Responsibilities Responsibilities Data Center Operations - Ensures compliance with data center business units and service-level policies for Edge Critical Environments (CE). - Engages with appropriate teams and resources to execute CE tasks or projects. - Manages CE programs associated with area of responsibility. - Reviews and advises on Edge contract process, contract language, and supporting documentation - Delivers new Edge Datacenters in tandem with our partners by providing onsite expertise and reviews - Follows and adheres to safety and security policies and procedures. Reports immediately any safety or security issues or concerns. - Participates in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process as appropriate.
