Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Product Ownership and Roadmap Management - Serve as the Product Owner for the Source-to-Pay (S2P) digital ecosystem, primarily leveraging Oracle Fusion / EBS modules. - Manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and enterprise architecture standards. - Prioritize enhancements, manage feature backlogs, and oversee release planning in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. - Drive the adoption of Agile delivery practices to deliver high-quality, iterative value to end users. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership - Provide functional and technical leadership for S2P modules in Oracle Fusion / EBS (Procurement, Payables, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, iSupplier, etc.). - Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design integrations between Oracle ERP and adjacent systems (e.g., supplier portals, data lakes, Ariba, Coupa). - Translate business requirements into system configurations, extensions, and integrations that meet performance, scalability, and compliance needs. - Ensure all customizations and technical solutions adhere to Oracle best practices and GE HealthCare’s data and security standards. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations leaders to understand process needs, pain points, and transformation priorities. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and successful adoption. - Collaborate with the Chief Data Office (CDO) to ensure S2P data is governed, high-quality, and integrated with enterprise analytics platforms. - Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-oriented language to executive and functional leaders. Implementation, Support, and Continuous Improvement - Oversee implementation of new Oracle Fusion/EBS modules, configurations, and upgrades. - Manage issue resolution, incident response, and root-cause analysis to maintain system reliability and performance. - Define and track key product KPIs (system uptime, data quality, user adoption, automation coverage). - Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation and data analytics opportunities across S2P processes. Compliance, Governance, and Risk Management - Ensure Oracle S2P solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and data privacy regulations. - Partner with Security and Risk teams to maintain compliance with GE HealthCare’s cybersecurity and SOX policies. - Oversee change control and release management processes to ensure proper documentation and governance. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration or related.. - 6+ years of experience managing or implementing Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules related to Source-to-Pay (Procurement, Sourcing, Payables, or Supplier Portal). - Strong understanding of end-to-end S2P business processes — from sourcing and purchasing to invoicing and supplier management. - Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or ERP Functional Lead in a global enterprise environment. - Deep understanding of Oracle integration technologies (e.g., OIC, APIs, EDI, web services). - Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, technically sound solutions. Desired Characteristics - Experience integrating Oracle S2P modules with third-party procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba). - Familiarity with data governance, data architecture, and data analytics principles. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks. - Exposure to AI/ML use cases in procurement and finance automation. - Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills in a global matrixed organization.
