Operations Coordinator

PRAYING PELICAN MISSIONS

• Seek and recruit Christian mission teams for service alongside host church partners and locally run ministries • Provide vision and leadership in day-to-day recruitment and consulting activities for participants • Coordinate trip setup in assigned location(s) and complete associated communications • Lead a minimum of seven PPM Mission trips per year, staying on site with teams for the entirety of the trip • Develop customized itineraries to ensure host partner goals are met • Lead Christ-centered mission teams with excellence, adhering to set standards and guidelines • Support location operations leadership in established location delegations • Complete expense reports within 30 days of the trip ending • Develop initiative and spiritual, interpersonal and organizational skills

Role Description The Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the operational delivery of in‑person events and virtual engagement activities for a global leading hotel company’s Field Sales team. This role helps ensure commercial initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with established operational processes, while also contributing to performance tracking, activity reporting, and operational visibility. Working in close partnership with the Business Development Managers and cross‑functional stakeholders, the Operations Specialist supports the execution of events, virtual programs, and commercial initiatives that strengthen relationships with travel advisors and enhance market engagement. The role combines hands‑on operational coordination with structured activity tracking and basic reporting to help measure effectiveness, support decision‑making, and ensure continuous improvement across Field Sales initiatives.
