Sales Development Representative – SDR
MD Integrations
• Meet and exceed a monthly Outbound Opportunity quota by sourcing new prospects • Meet and exceed a monthly Held Discovery Meeting quota by pre-qualifying prospects • Generate outbound qualified leads through a multichannel approach of a minimum of 50 calls per day, email, and social media networking • Adhere to Service Level Agreements for responding to inbound calls, chats, and contact forms • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges • Participate in training sessions and industry events as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Proven track record of generating leads and sourcing qualified outbound pipeline
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and Hubspot sequenced outreach strongly preferred
- Experience in the telehealth industry is a plus
