Role Description - Providing subject matter expertise and support for Azure DevOps Administration, including: - Security and permissions - Role-based access - Set up of DevOps policies - Azure boards definition and customization - Integration with other services/platforms - Installation and management of extensions - Establish intake process, define service request catalogs, and automate requests - Provide technical and system administration support for Azure DevOps through: - Troubleshooting - Identifying & isolating issues - Conducting root cause analysis - Implementing appropriate solutions - Respond to product teams' requests, addressing inquiries - Establish governance, standards, and best practices on ADO administration - Provide subject matter expertise input to the Center of Excellence, review requests, and provide guidance - Support the operations and maintenance aspects of deployed capabilities - Assist with and maintain Active Directory groups and permissions - Own incident tickets to troubleshoot and resolve on behalf of the ADO team - Manage user accounts, authentication, group policy, name resolution, file management, and permissions - Maintain adherence to process documentation in all environments - Create and maintain documentation - Automate processes where appropriate - Day-to-day management and troubleshooting of issues that arise within the Azure environment - Provide user training and usage guidance for the DevOps community This is a remote position. Qualifications - Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps administration - Azure Active Directory Administration (Must Have) - Hands-on experience with scripting and debugging (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) (Nice to Have) - Basic understanding of Cloud-based services (i.e., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) (Basic Understanding) - Exposure to DevOps principles and building of CICD pipelines (Nice to Have) - Strong consulting and mentoring skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a desire to share knowledge through creation and refinement of written content - Experience with Agile delivery (Must Have)
