Role Description This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure and analytics capabilities that support supply chain and operational decision-making. The position combines hands-on data engineering, business intelligence, and system support responsibilities to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable across enterprise platforms. The individual will work across systems such as ERP, project management platforms, and reporting tools to develop scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and integrations. This role bridges the gap between technical development and business operations by translating operational needs into reliable data solutions and insights. - Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, project management tools, and other operational platforms). - Develop and manage data models that support reporting, analytics, and operational workflows. - Own and enhance reporting environments, including dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics tools (e.g., Power BI). - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems through validation, monitoring, and governance practices. - Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions. - Support and optimize existing data infrastructure, including queries, transformations, and refresh processes. - Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities. - Assist in the design and implementation of system workflows and integrations to improve end-to-end process efficiency. - Maintain documentation for data models, pipelines, and reporting logic to ensure transparency and auditability. - Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting data issues, reporting discrepancies, and system-related questions. - Contribute to data governance efforts, including master data management, standardization, and change control processes. - Support ad hoc data requests, analysis, and reporting needs from internal stakeholders. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required. - 3–7 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or a related role required. - Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and transformations (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python, or similar tools) required. - Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Experience working with ERP or operational systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar). - Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights. - Experience working in cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and validation best practices preferred.

The Opportunity We are looking for an Analytics & Conversion Tracking Specialist to own the technical measurement layer across our client accounts. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of paid media and data infrastructure -- you will be responsible for making sure that every dollar our clients spend is tracked, attributable, and reportable with confidence. You will work closely with our internal analytics lead and client success team to resolve tracking issues, implement best-in-class measurement setups, and build the systems and documentation that allow us to scale without sacrificing accuracy.
