Redemption Center: - Supervise the redemption area where guests exchange tickets for prizes. - Maintain inventory of redemption items, ensuring a variety of appealing choices. - Train staff on redemption procedures and customer service. Cleanliness and Maintenance: - Regularly inspect the FEC premises for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. - Coordinate cleaning schedules for restrooms, common areas, and gaming zones with the staff on duty. - Report and address, when possible, any maintenance or repairs needs promptly. Staff Training and Development: - Train new hires on company policies, safety protocols, and customer service standards. - Foster a positive team culture through ongoing coaching and feedback. - Cross-train staff to handle various roles within the FEC.
