• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and performance gaps. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce. • Support sales reps with pricing, renewals, and deal structuring questions. • Maintain account ownership and opportunity data. • Track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and payment status. • Maintain partner records and commission tracking. • Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline progression and deal velocity. • Support internal tracking of deals post-close. • Respond to day-to-day requests from the sales team. • Help maintain documentation and internal processes.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar support role
- Experience with Salesforce (required) and CPQ tools (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- A proactive mindset with interest or experience in using AI tools and automations to streamline repetitive operational tasks.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. You will be working directly with US and global sales teams on a daily basis.
