• Managing all subscription services, including the end-to-end processing of renewals, NaaS orders, and Pulse subscriptions. • Executing heavy reporting and data analysis within Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure total accuracy in our subscription records. • Driving a proactive renewal motion, identifying upcoming expiries and coordinating with internal teams to ensure no service interruptions. • Maintaining high standards of data hygiene, auditing records to ensure the integrity of our back-end operations. • Collaborating across functions, acting as a key point of contact for the Sales, Channel, and Operations teams. • Supporting external partners and distributors by providing clarity on subscription status and processing requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is required
- You must be comfortable with VLOOKUPs and basic formulas to manage large datasets
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in an operations, renewals, or data-centric role
- A background that shows the ability to wear multiple hats and pivot between different functions

Your Impact - Demonstrate ownership, personal accountability, and proper decorum in all interactions - Act as approver throughout the project life cycle.
