Patient Access Manager

IMH

• Leverages expertise to collaborate with end users, operational leadership, revenue cycle teams, and ITDS. • Provides on-site support through rounding, assessments, training, and identifying efficiency opportunities. • Supports patient access activities such as workflow documentation, denial prevention, cash collections, estimates and referral management. • Serves as a subject matter expert in patient registration, scheduling, check-in/check-out, point of service collections, cash management, and authorizations. • Provides direct project support for new clinics, departments, and acquisitions projects. • Develops and implements strategies to improve the Med Grp Patient Access work culture including comprehensive training and skill development. • Communicates and models the values of Intermountain Health and the Medical Group through orientation, development, mentoring, performance feedback, leadership rounding and evaluation of staff.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a revenue cycle or patient access role.
  • Demonstrates ability to train and develop others.
  • Ability to travel and round monthly within assigned clinics.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the Patient Access function within a revenue cycle.
  • Three (3) years of work-related experience in Patient Access and revenue cycle operations.
  • Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field from an accredited institution. Education is verified.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EPIC system.
  • Patient Access Certifications.
  • Project Management.
  • Open to travel across the enterprise.

Regional Sales Manager – PCB Laminate (Southern Europe) Location: Italy (preferred) Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe. The Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe is a disciplined individual contributor responsible for driving new revenue growth and customer diversification across Italy and Southern Europe. This role is focused on hunting and new business development, targeting PCB manufacturers, EMS providers, and OEMs to expand Isola’s presence in high-performance laminate materials. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline from the ground up, engaging technical and commercial stakeholders, and driving opportunities from initial prospecting through qualification, PNI, and commercial closure. While the role requires strong technical engagement, this is not a strategic planning or account maintenance role — it is a front-line, execution-focused sales role centered on customer acquisition and pipeline creation. You will work independently across the region while collaborating with Technical Services, Operations, and EMEA sales teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and qualifications. Territories: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Tunisia KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: New Business Development & Pipeline Creation • Identify, target, and qualify new customers across PCB fabricators, EMS providers, and OEMs in Southern Europe. • Drive high-intensity prospecting activity, including cold outreach, site visits, trade shows, and industry networking. • Build and manage a structured, high-quality sales pipeline from initial engagement through qualification and closure. • Focus on high-value opportunities and emerging applications aligned with Isola’s product portfolio. • Reduce reliance on large accounts by developing new revenue streams. Commercial Execution & Deal Closure • Lead pricing discussions and negotiate commercial agreements within defined authority. • Drive opportunities through long qualification cycles typical of PCB and CCL materials. • Ensure disciplined progression of opportunities through defined sales stages. Pipeline Management & Forecasting. • Maintain accurate CRM data, including opportunity stages, probability, and timelines. • Provide reliable sales forecasts and pipeline visibility to leadership. • Use data and market feedback to continuously refine prospecting and targeting strategy. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Technical degree in Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline. • Demonstrated success in new business development/hunting roles; B2B technical sales, ideally in PCB materials, electronic components, or industrial laminates. • Strong understanding of OEM procurement cycles, PCB manufacturing processes, and material qualification protocols. • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in CCL, PCB materials, electronic components, EMS, or adjacent industries. • Ability to build and execute a strategic sales plan, with experience managing multi-million-dollar sales pipelines. • Deep knowledge of industry trends and technology roadmaps, particularly in automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, and industrial electronics. • Fluent in Italian and English; additional Spanish, French, or German fluency is a plus. • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories to engage customers and attend industry events. • Strong commercial negotiation skills, with the ability to structure deals that drive customer value and business profitability
