• Complete U.S. immigration forms accurately and independently: N-400 (Citizenship), I-130 (Family Petition), I-485 (Green Card), I-601A (Waiver) • Review client intake information and input into systems • Ensure all data is correct, complete, and consistent across forms • Review and organize client documents (passports, tax docs, etc.) • Identify missing documents and follow up with clients • Extract key information (e.g. passport numbers, travel history, I-94) • Work within Google Drive to manage files • Send simple follow-ups (mostly written) • Request missing documents • Clarify unclear information • Use Spanish when needed (or tools like Google Translate if required) • Translate forms and documents into Spanish • Assist with bilingual communication where necessary

• Apply specialized, clinical knowledge to hospital partners: categorize, code, summarize, interpret and calculate registry/case information from nuanced, patient medical records. • Ensure quality submission of all data in specified registries or measure data repositories, maintaining a high accuracy threshold. • Prioritize, organize, and meet tight deadlines for multiple concurrent tasks and team requests; uses tact and judgement to manage expectations, flag obstacles and propose solutions in a timely manner. • Navigate new technical systems: electronic medical records (EMR) and registry/case entry tools; use team resources to troubleshoot technical issues with systems and applications with a focus on solutions. • Contribute to team best practices, data dictionaries, abstraction guidelines, and other business rule documents; identifies process improvement opportunities to help streamline tasks and processes. • Keeps up to date on mandated regulatory/publicly reported data requirements as specified by federal, state, payer and other agencies. • Any or other additional responsibilities as assigned

• Gain deep understanding of how the system works, and what can cause it to not work optimally • Audit data to ensure clean and appropriate datasets • Work closely with support to help investigate issues and determine what is needed to ensure data integrity • Validate solutions, document results and document customer feedback • Translate field tests and model issues, and analyze customer feedback • Prepare cases for field personnel to review labels/predictions • Uncover performance related issues and work with engineers on solutions • Conduct field experiments to help improve performance
