WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated success in an HR Business Partner capacity. - Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs, along with managing payroll and benefits administration. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment regulations, organizational design, and workforce planning. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate it into actionable insights, paired with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. - HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) and experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment are a plus.
