About the role As the E-Commerce Project Coordinator at Booksy, you will support day-to-day marketplace operations connected with supplier onboarding, product setup, and ongoing operational coordination. This role is focused on ensuring operational processes run smoothly across a variety of tasks, including supplier support, billing-related topics, and product feed management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders while also serving as a point of contact for suppliers, helping coordinate activities across teams and keeping operational work moving forward in a structured and responsive way. What you'll be doing - Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, supporting suppliers as they are introduced to the platform from an operational perspective. - Manage a variety of marketplace operations tasks, including product onboarding, feed-related coordination, and billing or support-related topics. - Act as a point of contact for supplier support, responding to operational questions and helping resolve issues efficiently. - Work across internal teams to move requests forward, identify where support is needed, and make sure the right people are engaged when necessary. - Handle multiple incoming priorities at once, organizing work effectively and keeping operational processes from losing momentum.

  • Experience in an operations-focused role, customer support environment, or a similarly hands-on position involving coordination across different tasks.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a remote setup without close day-to-day supervision.

  • Clear communication skills and a practical, solution-oriented approach to working with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

  • What you'll need
  • Relevant experience in marketplace operations, e-commerce operations, customer support, or project coordination ideally within e-commerce or retail environments.
  • Practical exposure to working with suppliers, onboarding processes, or operational support activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously while maintaining structure and responsiveness.
  • Hands-on understanding of topics such as product feeds, product onboarding, billing support, or related operational workflows.
  • Experience with marketplace middleware tools, preferably BaseLinker (Base) or equivalent platforms such as ChannelEngine, Tradebyte, Rithum is an advantage.
  • Strong level of independence, motivation, and accountability suited to a remote working environment.
  • Good English communication skills and comfort operating within an international organization.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to adapt to changing needs and support a broad operational scope.

EDUCATION - Graduate Engineer BSEE or BSME and six (6) years of experience in Commissioning, Project, or Construction, OR - Graduate of applicable Electrical Technical/Trade School or Military equivalent and ten (10) years minimum commissioning, project, construction, or similar work experience; OR - High school education or equivalent and applicable trade experience; Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, or Construction with ten (10) years minimum commissioning, project, construction, or similar work experience REQUIREMENTS - ​Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code and various industry standards such as OSHA and NFPA. - Knowledge of ASHRAE commissioning industry standards. Commissioning certification, such as from the Building Commissioning Association, University of Wisconsin or similar is preferred but not necessary. - Proficient with MS Word, Project, Excel, Power Point, CxAlloy and other project management software and applications. - Plan, schedule, and perform work for mid to large size projects and program. - Complete projects consistently on time and under budget. - Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and night work. - Must be available for out-of-town and international travel of up to several weeks at a time. - Requires work in a field environment, including extensive computer and telephone use. - Requires excellent verbal and writing skills to communicate effectively with clients and their representatives, contractors, field engineers, peers, and management. - Requires mature judgment, responsible for assigned projects and supervises, organizes, and directs the work of others. - Requires high degree of communication, supervisory and organization skills. - Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear.
