Partnerships Manager

Chorus

Chorus is a creator-led 501(c)(4) nonprofit that is recruiting, training, and helping scale the reach of pro-democracy independent journalists, podcasters, social media influencers, and content creators. Website: www.wearechorus.com Scope of Work Chorus is looking for someone to manage relationships with external organizations and partners. This role focuses on cultivating opportunities to strengthen the services we’re providing to creators, while also expanding collaborations with other organizations who share our pro-democracy mission. They will serve as a primary ambassador for Chorus - attending events, sharing program updates with partners, and helping organizations understand how to work with us. Additionally, they will build a plan to integrate the Creator Council into decision-making conversations and mentorship programs with past, present, and future cohorts, and help standardize a cadence for Creator Council meetings. We are a small team with an all-hands-on-deck attitude; no task is too small and responsibilities may evolve as project needs do. That said, key responsibilities include: - Partnerships Management. Identify potential partners for Chorus and educate partners about ways to partner with Chorus (interviews, attendance at events, etc.). Work closely with senior leadership to manage relationships with high-priority contacts, ensuring consistent follow through and no dropped balls. This includes following through on requests for creators and regularly updating policymakers, nonprofits, and other partners on opportunities to partner with Chorus. - Partner Memos. Help create, and own distribution of, partner memos that provide valuable content analytics around newsworthy events, readouts of creator success stories, and updates on the program’s metrics on a regular basis. This includes identifying moments that should result in a partner memo, tracking new partner contacts, and creating partner lists based on the memo type. - Creator Council Management. As the leaders behind this organization, Chorus Creator Council members are critical to the success of Chorus. This role must build out a program that ensures members’ commitment to the program is fully leveraged: engage them in decision-making, build them into the curriculum, and find ways for them to participate in proactive public communications on behalf of Chorus. This includes owning the logistics of all Creator Council meetings: establishing a meeting cadence, setting agendas, managing voting procedures, and ensuring follow through on any assigned action items. - Events Support. Leverage partner relationships to help secure invites and press credentials for creators at major political and cultural events, and attend in-person events as a representative for Chorus. Support the team in producing Chorus’s own events.  SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE - Partners speak highly on the resources and support we provide - Cultivated relationships lead to new opportunities for our network of creators - The Creator Council is fully integrated in key decisions and programming - Consistent follow through on all partner communications and requests - Increased collaboration between Chorus and the broader pro-democracy ecosystem THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - Strong Networking Skills: able to quickly build and maintain meaningful relationships with external partners. - Meticulous Attention to Detail: can successfully manage multiple threads at once while also ensuring that all external materials match Chorus’s standards of excellence. - Initiative: eager to take on new challenges and step outside a defined scope when needed to fulfill the project’s broader mission. - Poised under Pressure: Reliable in a fast-changing environment; experience at a campaign or startup is a plus. - Strong Interest in Digital Space: Familiar with major trends and leading organizations across pro-democracy digital media, especially those directly related to creators. Compensation This is a contract role with compensation ranging from $8,000 to $10,000 per month, depending on experience. Location Chorus is a fully remote team. Strong preference for this position to be located in Washington, DC. All team members must be located within the continental United States and must be reachable between the hours of 10am ET and 6pm ET, regardless of where they live and work. This role may require occasional travel for partnership meetings or events. In such cases, Chorus will cover travel and lodging expenses. Chorus is an equal opportunity organization committed to diversity and inclusion across all backgrounds and identities.

Your role at DynatraceThe Dynatrace Partner Marketing Team is looking for an experienced and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to lead cloud partner marketing across EMEA. You will execute regional go-to-market plans with our priority cloud ecosystem partners—AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud—to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable pipeline impact. As a strategic, hands-on marketer, you’ll collaborate closely with global cloud partner marketing leads, EMEA marketing leadership, partner cloud sales, and partner counterparts to deliver integrated programs that scale across countries and segments. You will be responsible for marketing to, with, and through cloud partners in EMEA, enabling joint field execution while maintaining strong operational rigor and alignment to global strategy. This is an outcome-oriented role focused on bridging the gap between global strategy and local execution to drive quality pipeline. You will be responsible for operationalizing and optimizing regional programs to increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced contributions. This role presents a unique opportunity to accelerate Dynatrace’s cloud partner growth across EMEA as we continue to mature and scale our ecosystem strategy. - Plan: Adapt the global cloud partner marketing strategy into an EMEA-focused plan, including local execution of global programs, regional budget ownership, and performance reporting. Adapt global programs as needed to reflect EMEA market dynamics, partner maturity, and country-level priorities while maintaining global alignment. - Collaborate, Influence, and Enable Execution: Work cross-functionally with EMEA cloud partner sales, field marketing, campaigns, product marketing, and operations teams to drive alignment and adoption of joint plans, ensuring EMEA field and partner teams are prepared to execute global programs through clear guidance, activation frameworks, and coordination with enablement teams across multiple countries and time zones. - Operationalize and Execute: Manage regional budgets and MDF-funded programs and campaigns while owning program governance, timelines, and stakeholder management to ensure consistent execution. Generate insights, run test-and-learn optimizations, and recommend adjustments or new initiatives based on data and partner and field feedback. What will help you succeed - Proven experience of cloud ecosystems and partner motions (e.g., co-sell, marketplace, channel/community), lifecycle marketing, and digital engagement strategies. - Experience building and executing joint marketing plans with cloud ecosystem partners (e.g., hyperscalers, cloud marketplaces, cloud-focused SIs/MSPs/ISVs), influencing adoption, outcomes, and revenue. - Experience utilizing AI-driven marketing tools to automate reporting, scale content localization, and improve operational productivity. - Independent, flexible self-starter with high energy, a strategic outlook, and a growth mindset—able to build rapport and drive execution with partners and internal stakeholders in a matrixed organization. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to work across cultures and geographies. - Comfortable with marketing operations and reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI and project tools such as Asana), with support from Marketing Operations. - Able to work across time zones, with flexibility to engage with global teams and partner stakeholders as needed. - Willingness to travel within EMEA (and occasionally internationally) to support partner planning, events, and program execution (approximately 10-20%). - Fluency in English is mandatory; additional EMEA languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, or Nordic languages) are a strong plus.
