• Organizes and oversees safety initiatives and programs • Ensures EHS Coordinators manage their respective locations efficiently • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely, constructive, and development-focused • Partner with each Business Unit within the assigned region to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations • Collaborate with other EHS Regional and Division Managers to develop and implement companywide safety initiatives • Lead EHS audits and inspections; develop and implement remediation plans as needed
• Provide end-to-end ownership of assigned MLS accounts • Act as the primary point of accountability for customer alignment and operational execution • Translate customer requirements into scalable, sustainable processes within LogiFlow • Drive service excellence, cost efficiency, and cross-plant operational alignment • Lead the onboarding of new customer accounts • Develop, oversee, and continuously optimize routing strategies • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer relationships • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to service, cost, and execution • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational performance • Partner closely with the Logistics team to identify, address, and resolve execution challenges • Own customer escalations and manage resolution through to successful closure • Standardize processes and best practices across plant locations • Perform additional responsibilities as required to meet organizational objectives
• Provide operational and administrative support to MLS logistics team • Ensure accurate data entry, shipment setup, and system integrity within the Transportation Management System (TMS) • Enter and validate shipment data within TMS • Create loads and generate shipping documents (Rate Confirmations, BOL’s, Etc) • Assist with tracking shipments and flagging exceptions • Support carrier setup and onboarding processes • Schedule pickups and appointments • Maintain accurate shipment and customer data • Assist with freight audit and invoice validation • Support plant onboarding and data cleanup • Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide first line and mid-tier support for the Technology Services help desk • Perform triage, issue remediation, and analysis for improvements • Deliver standard and ad hoc reporting • Monitor requests to ensure prompt attention and response • Analyze work process flow and incident data for improvements • Validate updates through testing and ensure accurate deployment • Manage scheduled and ad hoc SQL based reports
• The Application Support Analyst provides first line and mid-tier support for the Technology Services help desk. • This role focuses on triage, issue remediation, incremental improvements, delivering standard and ad hoc reporting, storefront product and site updates, and other routine tasks that keep applications and workflows running smoothly. • Serve as the first point of contact for support tickets across multiple help desk systems. • Perform triage, gather details, classify issues, and resolve small or well-defined defects. • Identify recurring issues and patterns, recommending and implementing corrective actions where appropriate. • Handle system notifications/alerts and route appropriately. • Perform storefront product and site updates including pricing, content, catalogs, and configuration changes. • Manage scheduled and ad hoc SQL based reports and validate data accuracy.
