Role Description Just Got 2 Have It ! is seeking to hire a competent and efficient Data Entry Associate. The successful candidate will provide integral support to our team by being responsible for entering data into our digital systems. This role requires one to possess excellent computer skills, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently in a dynamic and demanding environment. - Perform and execute data entry operations with high levels of accuracy and speed. - Validate and identify errors or inconsistencies in the data and correct them appropriately. - Review, assess and update existing data in the company's database as required. - Maintain digital filing systems and documentation of data entry activities. - Comply with data integrity and confidentiality policies at all times. - Collaborate with the management and provide periodic reports regarding the status of data entry processes. - Work in line with company's defined procedures, standards and protocols for data entry tasks. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - A degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage. - Proven experience in data entry or similar role demonstrating expertise in speed and accuracy. - Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite with a strong command on Excel is required. - Excellent typing skills with an extraordinary attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a team, as well as independently, and deliver on deadlines. - Knowledge of data confidentiality principles is crucial.
