General Summary: Velocity is seeking a VoIP Engineer with a strong background in analog voice and Voice-over-IP to join our Network Operations team. The ideal candidate will assist Velocity in delivering a superior customer experience. This position does not have any direct reports. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and operating Velocity’s VoIP and telephony services.
