Core Responsibilities - Make 50–80+ outbound calls daily (~10+ calls/hour) with energy and professionalism - Prospect and engage potential Commercial HVAC customers via calls, email, and follow-ups - Set qualified meetings for the sales team through persistence and professionalism - Confidently ask for meetings multiple times (3–4 attempts) without being overbearing - Build early-stage relationships and position the company as a trusted partner - Develop working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and maintenance programs - Track all activity (calls, emails, touches, meetings) in CRM - Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs - Collaborate with sales and operations teams for smooth opportunity handoffs - Continuously improve messaging, objection handling, and outreach strategies - Stay coachable and committed to ongoing development Preferred Background & Experience If this description sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.
