Senior Systems Administrator
Prevailance, Inc.
• Serve as a technical lead and security manager for complex information systems • Utilize Privileged Access to engineer and authorize security configurations across the Computing Environment (CE) • Implement robust security solutions for mid-to-large scale networks • Execute IAM Level 2 functions including the development and enforcement of security policies • Lead the identification and mitigation of complex cyber threats • Oversee intrusion detection, forensic analysis, and incident handling procedures • Perform administrative actions with privileged access on applicable Operating Systems (OS) • Evaluate and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity posture • Mentor junior staff and provide expert-level technical guidance
Job Requirements
- IAT Level 2: GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security
- IAM Level 2: CAP, GSLC, CISM, CASP+ CE, or CISSP (or Associate)
- Cyber Defense (CD): CEH, GCIA, CSIH, or GCIH
- A formal Operating System/Computing Environment certificate of training for systems requiring privileged access
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant technical field
- Possession of CNSSI 4012, 4013, 4014, 4015, or 4016 certifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited university AND 10 years of direct cybersecurity experience
- 5–9 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field
- Possesses and maintain Top Secret Clearance (SCI preferred)
