• Build and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing funnels • Manage and improve CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and integrations • Develop and maintain automated outbound and inbound lead generation systems • Analyze funnel performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates • Implement and manage tools such as sequencing platforms, enrichment tools, and analytics dashboards • Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness • Own data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting across GTM systems • Run experiments (A/B testing, messaging optimization, targeting strategies) • Support revenue operations with forecasting, attribution, and pipeline tracking

• Develop, enhance, and maintain our web and mobile applications using Vue 3, Quasar, Capacitor, Node.js, and Google Cloud Platform services like Firebase and Firestore. • Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI) to accelerate development and focus on solving core business challenges. • Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to design, implement, and launch new features that drive real-world impact. • Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code and product releases. • Work with cloud services, primarily Firebase, to manage data storage, authentication, and real-time updates. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to our product development process. • Contribute to architectural discussions and influence technology choices as we grow.

• Own end to end delivery of meaningful product and platform work, from discovery and design to production and iteration • Drive architecture and technical design within your area, making pragmatic trade-offs and raising the quality bar • Improve reliability, correctness, and maintainability through better testing, observability, and operational practices • Collaborate tightly with Product and Sales on scoping, sequencing, and decisions • Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical leadership • Lead cross-team initiatives, align stakeholders, and create leverage through shared patterns, tooling, and standards
