You will be mainly accountable for: - Volume: Sells products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups. - Customer relations: Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promotes customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and aligns to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience. - New market opportunities: Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers. - Administration: Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed. Qualifications for the role - Bachelor’s or master’s degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred) - At least 3 years’ sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency with digital capability & know-how; At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project - Strong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity. - Result driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork. This role focuses on coordinating the collection of pertinent information to match the client with the relevant program(s) to fit their needs.
